Outside of his professional endeavors, Billy’s background is a blend of American upbringing and Italian heritage inherited from his grandparents. Growing up in a small New York City suburb, he always dreamed of big city living.  Since college he has lived in vibrant metropolises such as NYC, Los Angeles, Paris, and Lake Como with brief stints in culturally diverse locations like Marrakech and Costa Esmeralda. Fashion holds a special place in his heart, being his first and enduring passion- you’ll often find him effortlessly styled in understated outfits, always accentuated with chic accessories.
